The Countdown Begins

It’s getting to be the time of year when the air gets a little crisper, students reluctantly return to class . . . and television comes back to life! I don’t know about you but I relish the start of new shows. The wait is nearly over – soon we’ll find out how May’s cliffhangers will resolve! Are Izzie and George alive or dead? Who did Annie hit with her car? Is Pam pregnant?
Project Runway, one of my many favorite tv shows, returned to the air last night. Although the show made a move from Bravo to Lifetime, it still retains all of the magic I expect each week. The judges, format and larger-than-life contestants are still in place . . . and the premier episode did not disappoint! It featured Lindsay Lohan, a red carpet challenge, and an absolutely stunning winning creation.

I love Project Runway. I love the creativity the designers show while working with materials such as corn husks, licorice and coffee filters. And I love Heidi Klum. Even just out and about, she is easily one of the most beautiful women in show business. She also really has a knack for accessorizing – notice how her bracelet and gladiator shoes tie together through a common turquoise color theme.
